The list has some of my personal favorites, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clear definition of success<\/li>\n<li>Clearly defined roles and responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Process for managing scope changes, and<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Risk management e-learning\" href=\"http:\/\/www.i-leadonline.com\/eRiskMgtWorkshop.asp\" target=\"_blank\">Risk management<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Though I agree that &#8220;A Willingness to Make Unpopular Decisions&#8221; is relevant, I&#8217;ve found great success with clients helping them learn how to develop their influence skills so they don&#8217;t become unpopular because of the way the decision is handled!<\/p>\n<p>No list completely captures all the factors relating to project success and failure, but\u00a0this article is\u00a0a worthy read (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cio.com\/article\/597712\/IT_Project_Management_10_Less_Considered_Keys_to_Success\" target=\"_blank\">click here for the article<\/a>).
